SinoPac Financial makes personnel changes

SinoPac Financial Holdings Co. Ltd. made several personnel changes within the group.

The company said that Chang Chin-long will step down as acting COO of the company, while Kerry Hsu will step down as chief investment officer. Hsu will remain as acting COO.

In addition, Eric Chuang was named representative director of the company's unit, Bank SinoPac Co. Ltd. Chuang is president of the banking unit.

The changes are effective April 1.
