HSBC Holdings PLC announced a management overhaul that will see the departure of Group COO Andy Maguire and Group Chief Risk Officer Marc Moses.
Maguire, who will retire Jan. 30, 2020, will remain with the London-based banking giant until June 9, 2020. He will be succeeded by John Hinshaw, who will become COO-designate Dec. 10.
Meanwhile, Moses is stepping down Dec. 31. He will be replaced by Pam Kaur on Jan. 1, 2020.
