Peru's Sigma approves $5.6M capital increase in investment fund

Peruvian fund management company Sigma - Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversion SA approved a capital increase of up to $5.6 million in its investment fund through the issuance of 5,630 new shares.

In a regulatory filing, Sigma specified that the newly created quotas of the FI LEASOP VI fund will have identical characteristics as those of the outstanding ones.

The company projects a market price of $1,065.86 per share for Sept. 5, which constitutes the date of the agreement.
