Guggenheim Partners shuffles management team

Guggenheim Partners LLC named Andrew Rosenfield as president, and Gerald Donini will take on an additional role as COO.

Rosenfeld was previously a managing partner at the investment bank, while Donini is the current co-CEO of Guggenheim Securities LLC.

In addition, Guggenheim Partners named Robert Khuzami as managing director and chief legal officer. Khuzami has held roles in the public sector, including as deputy U.S. attorney in the southern district of New York, and in the private sector, where he has been a partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and general counsel for the Americas at Deutsche Bank AG.

Khuzami, together with Daniel Kahneman, will join the boards of Guggenheim Partners Investment Management Holdings. Kahneman was the 2002 Nobel Prize winner in economics.
