Unico Properties buys Seattle office tower for $236M

Unico Properties LLC purchased the 25-story, 365,674-square-foot Westlake Tower in the central business district of Seattle for an undisclosed amount.

According to an Oct. 17 report from The Seattle Times, the property was sold by TIAA for $236 million to the Unico Investment Group LLC subsidiary.

The class A office tower is 95% leased to tenants including WeWork Cos. Inc., KPFF LLC and The Seattle Foundation, among others.

The building comprises 22 floors of office, a glass-enclosed penthouse, and two levels of parking with 251 stalls.
