Steadfast Capital invests in Dutch processor of sheet metals

Steadfast Capital GmbH acquired a stake in Wilvo Group, a Dutch processor of precision sheet metals and assembler of light construction parts.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The private equity firm, which focuses on medium-size businesses within German-speaking Europe and Benelux countries, plans to support Wilvo's expansion and ongoing strategic development.

Louis Vosters, a member of Wilvo's founding family, continues to own a significant interest in the group, according to a release.

ABN Amro and Robeco-managed Bedrijfsleningenfonds (Dutch Loan Fund) provided debt financing for the transaction.
