Arlington Capital Partners to make majority investment in AEgis Technologies

Arlington Capital Partners, or Arlington Management Employees LLC, will make a majority investment in The AEgis Technologies Group Inc.

The Huntsville, Ala.-headquartered company offers advanced engineering and technology solutions to the national security sector.

Jonathan Moneymaker, who previously served as president of engineering and analytical solutions provider Altamira Technologies Corp., was appointed CEO and member of the company's board.

AEgis co-founder Steve Hill will remain on the company's board and will continue to own a substantial stake in the business.

Arlington is a Washington, D.C.-based middle-market investor with a focus on growth industries such as government services and technology, aerospace and defense, healthcare and business services and software.
