African middle-market private equity firm Verod Capital Management Ltd. made an investment in West African clothing manufacturer DTRT Apparel Ltd.

Austrian energy drink producer Red Bull GmbH also invested in the Ghana-based company, which procures textiles from Asia and exports mainly to the U.S. and EU markets.

DTRT will form part of the global apparel sourcing operations of Red Bull, which in turn will become an anchor customer for the former.
