Banco de Servicios Financieros SA on Dec. 19 will offer simple negotiable obligations for up to 250.0 million Argentine pesos, expandable up to 500.0 million pesos.
The class 20 notes carry a variable rate and have a term of 18 months. They will be issued Dec. 22.
The notes have an AA(arg) rating from Fix SCR SA Agente de Calificación de Riesgo.
Funds obtained from the placement will be used for the bank's working capital, investments in physical assets, refinancing of liabilities, capital contributions in controlled or linked companies or granting of loans.
Banco Santander Río SA, Banco Macro SA and Banco Supervielle SA will serve as organizers for the offering, while Santander Río, Banco Supervielle and Macro Securities SA are underwriting it.
The offering is part of the bank's global program of issuance of negotiable obligations for up to $250.0 million.
As of Dec. 14, US$1 was equivalent to 17.35 Argentine pesos.
