Adriatic Metals names CFO

Adriatic Metals PLC said Jan. 6 that it named Geoff Eyre as CFO.

Eyre, who has held senior-level posts in multiple companies including Avesoro Resources Inc., will replace Sean Duffy, who will vacate the post after March 6.

In the same announcement, the company also said it appointed Phillip Fox as its new chief geologist following the retirement of Bob Annett in December 2019.

In November 2019, the London- and Australia-listed explorer released a scoping study on its Vareš project in Bosnia & Herzegovina, which delineated an after-tax net present value of US$916.6 million, discounted at 8%, with a 107.4% internal rate of return and a 21-month payback period.
