British hedge fund manager CQS (UK) LLP appointed Serge Harry as group CFO.

Harry previously served as a member of the executive committee at London Stock Exchange Group PLC, chief of staff to the group CEO, and group country head for France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany at the U.K.-based group.

Harry will report to CQS CEO Xavier Rolet in his new role, join the British asset manager's executive committee and oversee its human resources division.
