Chinese apparel maker Shenzhou International Group Holdings Ltd. declared a final dividend of 90 Hong Kong cents per ordinary share for the year ended Dec. 31, 2018, according to a Hong Kong stock exchange filing.
Shareholders approved the dividend amount during the company's annual general meeting held May 28.
When combined with the interim dividend of 85 cents per ordinary share, the total dividend for 2018 would be HK$1.75, higher than HK$1.45 per ordinary share in 2017.
The dividend is payable June 21 to shareholders of record as of June 10.
Shenzhou is a supplier to global sportswear companies, such as Nike Inc., adidas AG, Puma SE, Hanesbrands Inc.-owned Champion, Mizuno Corp., Fila Korea Ltd.-owned Fila and Russell Brands LLC-owned Spalding.
