Fitch: ICBC (Thai) Leasing to issue up to 6B baht of senior notes

ICBC (Thai) Leasing Co. Ltd. will issue up to 6 billion baht of long-term senior unsecured notes, Fitch Ratings (Thailand) said March 21.

The notes will be issued under the company's 30 billion baht medium-term note program.

The proceeds from the issuance will be used for refinancing and general operations.

ICBC (Thai) Leasing is a unit of Industrial & Commercial Bank of China Ltd.

As of March 21, US$1 was equivalent to 31.76 Thai baht.
