The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on July 27 approved CMS Enterprises Co.'s proposed acquisition of the 105-MW Trishe Wind (Northwest Ohio Wind) facility from a subsidiary of Starwood Energy Group Global LLC.
The under-construction facility in Paulding County, Ohio, is expected to be completed by the fall of 2018. The project is under a 15-year contract to sell its output to General Motors Co.
The applicants are required to notify the commission within 10 days of the consummation of the transaction. (FERC docket EC18-111)
