Report: Prologis acquiring 2-acre site in Sunset Park, New York, for $60M

Real estate investment trust Prologis Inc. is purchasing a two-acre site in Sunset Park, New York, from DH Property Holdings' Dov Hertz for $60 million, The Real Deal reported, citing sources familiar with the deal and a confirmation from Hertz.

The approximately 130,000 square-foot, two-story building at 150 E. 52nd St. will soon be leased to food-rescue nonprofit City Harvest Inc. as its new headquarters, the publication said.

The property includes about 35,000 square feet of parking and loading docks.
