Report: Oakley to sell Swiss software company WebPros

Oakley Capital Ltd. plans to sell Swiss software solutions company WebPros in a deal that can range between $1.2 billion and $1.5 billion, Reuters reported, citing sources.

The British private equity firm is said to have reached out to Permira Advisers Ltd., Cinven Ltd., Hellman & Friedman LLP, EQT Corp. and Advent Partners LLP over potential interest in WebPros.

WebPros has annual EBITDA of about $100 million to $110 million, the sources said.
