WeWork China gets US$500M series B investment

Flexible workspace provider WeWork Cos. secured a US$500 million series B investment for its Chinese arm to fuel its expansion in that country.

The investment is led by Trustbridge Partners, Temasek, SoftBank Group Corp., SoftBank Vision Fund and Hony Capital.

The coworking giant had launched WeWork China in July 2017 with a US$500 million series A investment from Hony Capital and SoftBank.
