Regions names managing director; Diebold Nixdorf appoints board member

Eureka, Calif.-based Redwood Capital Bancorp disclosed the retirement of Director Craig Perrone and the appointment of K. Jeff Nelson to its board.

Perrone owns and serves as president of wholesale beer and beverage distributor DelReka Corp., doing business as DelReka Distributing. Nelson is a registered professional engineer and CEO of SHN Consulting Engineers and Geologists.


Regions Bank named Ryan Stash managing director in the energy and natural resources group.

His more than 16 years of investment banking, capital markets and consulting experience includes working at Wells Fargo Securities.

Regions Bank is a unit of Regions Financial Corp.


Peapack-Gladstone Bank hired June Ryan as senior managing director and senior trust officer for Peapack Private Wealth Management.

She most recently was senior vice president at U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management in New York.

Bedminster, N.J.-based Peapack-Gladstone Bank is a unit of Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corp.

Financial services

Diebold Nixdorf Inc. appointed Bruce Besanko to its board as an independent director.

Besanko will replace outgoing Director Rajesh Soin. Besanko is the CFO of Kohl's Corp.

Soin was first elected to Diebold Inc.'s board in 2012. He founded Corbus LLC in 1994, and served as its CEO until November 2015, S&P Global Market Intelligence records show.
