Finland-based Privanet Group's chairman resigns

Roy Harju resigned as Privanet Group Oyj's chairman of the board, effective immediately, citing personal reasons.

Board member Timo Laitinen was elected as Harju's replacement.

Laitinen is independent from the Finland-based firm's management and its major shareholders, Privanet noted.
