United Labels Q3 loss narrows YOY

United Labels AG said its third-quarter normalized net income was a loss of 2 euro cents per share, compared with a loss of 4 cents per share in the year-earlier period.

Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was a loss of €127,230, compared with a loss of €231,440 in the prior-year period.

The normalized profit margin increased to negative 1.6% from negative 2.8% in the year-earlier period.

Total revenue came to €8.2 million, compared with €8.1 million in the year-earlier period, and total operating expenses declined from the prior-year period to €8.1 million from €8.3 million.

Reported net income totaled a loss of €189,000, or a loss of 3 cents per share, compared to a loss of €175,710, or a loss of 6 cents per share, in the year-earlier period.
