* ING Bank Śląski SA said the vice-president of its management board, Patrick Roesink, resigned Sept. 20 to accept a new role at ING Groep NV. His resignation will take effect March 31, 2020.

Pictet & Cie Group

* Pictet & Cie Group SCA named Stéphanie Lair Crommen head of wealth solutions, effective Jan. 1, finews.com reported, citing a memo it had seen. She was most recently head of human resources at BNP Paribas SA' wealth arm and will report to Boris Collardi, a member of the board of partners at Banque Pictet & Cie SA.
