ARB Corp. Ltd. said its normalized net income for the fiscal first half ended Dec. 31, 2014, amounted to 24 Australian cents per share, compared with the S&P Capital IQ consensus estimate of 29 cents per share.
EPS climbed year over year from 23 cents.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was A$17.5 million, a gain from A$17.0 million in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue climbed 10.3% on an annual basis to A$162.3 million from A$147.1 million, and total operating expenses grew 12.7% year over year to A$136.7 million from A$121.3 million.
Reported net income rose year over year to A$20.5 million, or 28 cents per share, from A$20.1 million, or 28 cents per share.
