China Merchants Securities to list 5.15B yuan of notes

China Merchants Securities Co. Ltd. plans to list 5.15 billion yuan of bonds on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

The bonds carry a two-year maturity and a coupon of 5.70%, according to a Jan. 31 statement.

The notes were issued between Jan. 19 and Jan. 22, and will be listed Feb. 1.

As of Jan. 31, US$1 equivalent to 6.29 Chinese yuan.
