2 Citi Private Bank execs to join Boston Private

Boston Private said Citi Private Bank executives Bill Woodson and Edward Marshall will join the company in June and late April, respectively.

Woodson will join Boston Private as executive vice president and head of wealth advisory and family office services. He was Citi Private Bank's head of the family office group in North America.

Marshall will join as senior relationship manager and managing director. He was a director in Citi Private Bank's global family office group.

Boston Private's wealth management services are provided through Boston Private Wealth LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Boston Private Bank & Trust Co.

Boston Private Bank & Trust is a subsidiary of Boston Private Financial Holdings Inc.
