Kimberly-Clark nominates 2 board members

Kimberly-Clark Corp. said March 8 the company nominated Todd Maclin and Dunia Shive as board directors.

Both of them will stand for election at the company's annual meeting of shareholders May 2.

Maclin was the chairman of Chase Commercial and Consumer Banking, owned by JP Morgan Chase. Maclin also serves on the board of RRH Corp.

Shive served TEGNA Inc. as its senior vice president. She was also the CEO of Belo Corp. and currently serves on the board of Trinity Industries Inc.

Meanwhile, Kimberly-Clark's directors John Bergstrom and James Jenness will retire from the board in 2019.
