S&P: Japan Housing Finance Agency to issue mortgage-backed notes

Japan Housing Finance Agency will issue up to ¥185.50 billion of fixed-rate residential mortgage-secured pass-through notes, S&P Global Ratings said March 12.

The company will set the exact issue amount in mid-March. The transaction will be closed March 26.

As of March 12, US$1 was equivalent to ¥106.57.
