Schlumberger Ltd. announced the results of the cash tender offer for senior notes made by its subsidiary Schlumberger Holdings Corp. after the offer expired Sept. 24.
The 3.0% senior notes due 2020 had tenders amounting to $781.4 million while the 3.625% senior notes due 2022 had tenders totaling $321.1 million, according to a Sept. 25 news release from Schlumberger.
The notes will be settled Sept. 27.
For each $1,000 note, holders of the 2020 notes will receive $1,011.58, while holders of the 2022 notes will receive $1,051.27.
D.F. King & Co. Inc. served as the tender agent and information agent for the offer, while Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC acted as the dealer manager for the offer.
