Federal Savings Bank's board named current CFO James Brannen president of the Dover, N.H.-based bank in conjunction with the announcement of the retirement of President and CEO James O'Neill Jr.
O'Neill's official retirement date is May 17. O'Neill, who has served as president and CEO since 2009, will continue to serve as CEO until that day.
On that date, Brannen will assume the CEO title, becoming the bank's 15th president and CEO.
