Invision buys Swiss potato-product company KADI from Paragon Partners

Paragon Partners GmbH agreed to divest its stake in KADI AG to Invision for an undisclosed sum.

KADI provides potato-based refrigerated and frozen-food products for the catering and retail market in Switzerland.

The Munich-based private equity group, which invests in German-speaking countries, bought KADI from ECM Equity Capital Management GmbH in a secondary buyout in June 2013.
