SunPower amends agreement tied to letters of credit, demand guarantees

SunPower Corp. and SunPower Corp. Systems advised issuers that their one or more outstanding letters of credit and demand guarantees under a reimbursement agreement may remain outstanding at any company's request after the scheduled termination date.

Deutsche Bank AG New York Branch and Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas are the issuers in connection with the amended continuing agreement for standby letters of credit and demand guarantees, according to a Form 8-K filed March 28.
