Invesco Office enters interest rate swap deal for ¥7.5B loan

Invesco Office J-REIT Inc. established an interest rate swap for a loan worth ¥7.5 billion announced May 31.

Upon the conclusion of the interest rate swap agreement with Nomura Securities Co. Ltd., the interest rate for the loan will be fixed at 0.5375%.

The loan is part of the ¥13.0 billion long-term borrowings that the company plans to use to repay existing long-term loans of the same amount due June 6.

As of June 1, US$1 was equivalent to ¥111.24.
