AmTrust International Ltd. appointed Tom Maloney head of claims for AmTrust International Specialty and chief claims officer for AmTrust Europe Ltd.
Michael Walsh was also named delegated claims manager for AmTrust International Specialty, effective in the first quarter of 2020.
Maloney led the specialty division at CNA Hardy, while Walsh worked within the claims performance team at Lloyd's of London.

Andy Caldwell, Clive Archer and Gavin Stanley are set to leave Barbican, The Insurance Insider reported.
Caldwell serves as an active underwriter at Lloyd's of London Syndicate 1955. Archer serves as head of international casualty treaty and Stanley is head of financial lines at Barbican.
Accident and health head Tom Ing, international casualty treaty class underwriter Rachel Cohen, and operations staff Neil McGeachie and Eleanor O'Shea are also at risk of redundancy, according to the report.
Around 15 to 20 senior staff are reportedly at risk of redundancy following Arch Capital Group Ltd.'s acquisition of Barbican Group Holdings Ltd., which closed in November, according to the report. Barbican will be merged into Arch Capital's insurance and reinsurance operations following the transaction.
