Waterton buys apartment complex in Las Vegas

Real estate investor and operator Waterton bought the Vegas Towers in Las Vegas, which offers 456 units across two buildings.

The apartment complex sold for $104 million, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported.

The seller, which was represented by CBRE, is Millennium Management LLC, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence data.
