Missouri-based Dickinson Financial closes acquisition of KCB Bank

Kansas City, Mo.-based Dickinson Financial Corp. completed the 100% acquisition of Kearney, Mo.-based KCB Bank's common shares from parent Bancshares of Missouri Inc.

KCB Bank merged into Dickinson Financial unit Academy Bank NA under the terms of the deal. Academy Bank will now have $1.9 billion in assets and 25 branches in the Kansas City region.
