TSB Bank lowers final dividend

TSB Bank Ltd. lowered its final dividend for the fiscal year ended March 31.

The bank said June 8 that its board declared a final dividend of 34.1 New Zealand cents per share, down from 47.4 cents per share in the prior fiscal year.

The bank's total dividend for the fiscal year, including an interim dividend of 15.9 cents per share, came to 50 cents per share, down from 99.3 cents per share for the prior fiscal year.

As of June 8, US$1 was equivalent to NZ$1.39.
