Freddie Mac to issue 3-year Reference Notes security

Freddie Mac plans to issue a three-year U.S. dollar Reference Notes security, due Feb. 16, 2021.

The issue will be priced Feb. 15 and will settle Feb. 16 at benchmark size.

A syndicate of dealers headed by Barclays Capital Inc., Nomura Securities International Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC will conduct the offering.
