Peru's Compartamos Financiera to offer 70M soles in corporate bonds

Compartamos Financiera SA on June 6 plans to offer two-year corporate bonds worth up to 70 million Peruvian soles.

The interest rate on the series A notes, to be issued June 7, will be calculated after the auction, the company said in a securities filing.

BBVA Banco Continental is coordinating the issuance, while Continental Bolsa SAB SA is serving as placing agent.

As of June 4, US$1 was equivalent to 3.27 Peruvian soles.
