Kincora Copper Ltd. said Feb. 1 that it named Luke Leslie as its new nonexecutive chairman, effective immediately.

Leslie served as chairman of Kincora's audit committee and has been a member of the remuneration committee since 2012. He is also a director on the boards of Shanta Gold Ltd., Moly World Ltd. and Origo Advisers Ltd.

The company also appointed John Holliday as an independent nonexecutive technical director.
