Fannie Mae chairman to resign

Egbert Perry is resigning as chairman of Fannie Mae, effective Dec. 19.

Perry started as chairman of the government sponsored enterprise in March 2014.

Perry will be succeeded by Jonathan Plutzik, who has been serving as director since November 2009.
