Barings Real Estate to buy Stockholm office asset for €100M

Barings Real Estate will pay more than €100 million to acquire the Härolden 44 office property in Stockholm, on behalf of institutional investors, from Swedish fund manager Mengus.

The roughly 10,000-square-meter asset, also known as Fleming 7, is near Stockholm Central Station and is fully leased to 12 tenants. Two floors were recently added to the 1965-built property, according to a release.

Barings Real Estate, part of investment manager Barings LLC, was advised by Catella Corporate Finance on the deal. REAL Advokat served as legal adviser.
