Fed lifts OSB Community Bank enforcement action

The Federal Reserve Board announced the termination of a written agreement with Brooklyn, Mich.-based OSB Community Bank.

The July 2015 written agreement had required the bank to submit a written plan to maintain "sufficient capital." The agreement also barred the bank from declaring or paying any dividends without prior regulatory approval, among other stipulations.
