Aargauische Kantonalbank said April 7 that it revamped its corporate structure and appointed two new members to its senior management team.
The bank divided its business into five units: Corporate management; private banking; corporate and investment banking; client solutions; and finance and credit.
Meanwhile, Patrick Küng was named head of the corporate and investment banking division, leaving his current role as deputy CEO of private and corporate banking. He joined the Swiss lender in October 2016.
Karsten Kunert will leave Aargauische Kantonalbank; he has to step down as head of the services and logistics division, which will no longer operate independently.
