T.W. Cooper Insurance acquires Pennsylvania-based insurance agency

Coopersburg, Pa.-based T.W. Cooper Insurance acquired all the assets including the book of business, and took on the three employees, of Sellersville, Pa.-based Smale Stover Insurance Agency, LVB.com reported, citing T.W. Cooper Insurance Vice President Leo Carlin.

Carlin declined to disclose the cost of the acquisition, according to the report.

T.W. Cooper Insurance is an independent insurance agency that offers life, home, auto and health insurance products through companies such as Erie Insurance, Progressive Corp. and Travelers Cos. Inc.
