3i Infrastructure to buy Dutch energy equipment company Joulz for €220M

3i Infrastructure PLC agreed to purchase Dutch energy infrastructure equipment and services provider Joulz BV.

Dutch distribution grid operator Stedin Holding NV sold the target company in an approximately €220 million transaction, which remains subject to third-party approvals.

3i Infrastructure, a unit of private equity firm 3i Group PLC, targets economic infrastructure and greenfield projects in developed economies, mainly in Europe.
