Cereal Planet Q2 profit climbs YOY

4913987 said its normalized net income for the second quarter was 34 euro cents per share, a gain from 13 cents per share in the year-earlier period.

Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was €601,250, a gain from €237,500 in the year-earlier period.

The normalized profit margin rose to 12.1% from 7.1% in the year-earlier period.

Total revenue grew 49.5% year over year to €5.0 million from €3.3 million, and total operating expenses climbed 5.1% year over year to €5.3 million from €5.1 million.
