International Millennium Mining Corp. said. Dec. 4 that it expanded its landholding in Nevada by acquiring 25 claims adjacent to its Nivloc silver-gold property and acquired, via staking, an additional 14 claims to expand its Silver Peak silver-gold property.
The company's International Millennium Mining Inc. subsidiary signed an agreement with Silver Saddle Resources LLC to acquire the 25 claims by making cash payments of US$115,000 over four years and issuing 1 million shares. The claims are subject to net smelter royalties ranging from 1.25% up to 2.5%.
Meanwhile, the company named Sebastien Vermeire a director, replacing James Patterson, who resigned.
