Meridian Group sells Arlington County, Va., office building for $60M

A Meridian Group LLC affiliate sold the National Gateway II office property in Arlington County, Va., for approximately $60 million, the Washington Business Journal reported, citing Arlington County property records.

A Wheelock Street Capital LLC affiliate bought the approximately 238,031-square-foot building at 3550 S. Clark St., which is roughly 26% leased, according to the report.

Meridian did not comment on the matter, while a Wheelock representative confirmed the acquisition but declined to share the company's plans for the building, the report noted.
