NCUA approves Gerber FCU's membership field expansion

The National Credit Union Administration approved the expansion of Gerber Federal Credit Union's current field of membership to a community charter, according to a press release posted on CUInsight.com.

In Michigan, the Fremont-based credit union can now offer membership to people and businesses who live, work, worship, volunteer or attend school in Newaygo County, or the following portions of Muskegon County: Cedar Creek Township; Moorland Township; Casnovia Township; Holton Township; or the following portions of Oceana County: Newfield Township; or Greenwood Township.
