Quanta Services names chief accounting officer

Quanta Services Inc. named Jerry Lemon as chief accounting officer, according to a May 26 Form 8-K filing.

Lemon, who recently served as vice president of accounting, succeeded Derrick Jensen as chief accounting officer. Jensen will continue to serve as CFO of the company.

Separately, the company's stockholders elected nine directors during the May 24 annual meeting. The directors were Earl Austin Jr., Doyle Beneby, J. Michal Conaway, Vincent Foster, Bernard Fried, Worthing Jackman, David McClanahan, Margaret Shannon and Pat Wood III.
