Sunjuice Holdings Q3 profit climbs 39.9% YOY

Sunjuice Holdings Co. Ltd. said its third-quarter normalized net income amounted to NT$3.38 per share, a gain of 40.0% from NT$2.42 per share in the prior-year period.

Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was NT$91.9 million, a gain of 39.9% from NT$65.7 million in the year-earlier period.

The normalized profit margin climbed to 10.2% from 8.8% in the year-earlier period.

Total revenue climbed 20.6% on an annual basis to NT$902.6 million from NT$748.6 million, and total operating expenses increased 16.7% year over year to NT$750.1 million from NT$643.0 million.

Reported net income rose 33.6% on an annual basis to NT$93.8 million, or NT$3.45 per share, from NT$70.2 million, or NT$2.58 per share.
